ergochloes Hi Daisy, the coat you purchased had been in storage and when unpacked it unfortunately had been damaged, I don't want to mail a damaged item so I made the decision to cancel the order. I agonized for a long time versus having a customer unhappy with a flawed item or having to cancel the order, I hope you understand.
