nansnewtoyou Hello. I'm sorry the jeans didn't fit. I noticed you only gave the transaction a 3. my listing indicated a size 2. The measurements is total inches laying flat at the garments waist. It measured 14" across. A US size 2 translates to a size 24 conversion. Stars are supposed to reflect the total transaction. I dont think a 3 was a fair rating. I dont think it can be changed, but I wanted to reach out so you can see the whole picture. Thanks, Nancy
