knoeldevries Hi, I received the athleta top from you today. I accidentally hit accept button apparently, but I DID NOT ACCEPT.I purchased this because it was listed as " new without tag" which should have meant it has not been washed! I am extremely allergic to fabric softener and scented detergent. I have tried in the past to use vinegar, pet stain remover, and even hang an item outside for over a month and nothing removes the scent even slightly. I contacted posh support so they can help me with this.

knoeldevries I was unable to write everything I wanted to in my post. This fabric is so scented I had to immediately put it back in the bag and now I have a headache. You should have disclosed this was like new, not new, and I would have asked you if you used any fabric softener or scented detergent.

dal2123279 @knoeldevries I am sorry but this item is new without tags it is stored in my rest of my inventory so it might smell because of that not because it was used

knoeldevries @dal2123279 I'm not claiming it was used... It's in excellent condition. But it was definitely washed or treated with fabric softener or something else. It has an unbearable strong smell. I don't consider something that smells like this to be in new condition and feel this should have been disclosed. The very purpose I bought from you instead of someone else was so there would be no smell whatsoever.. I have never bought a new item that had a smell like this.

tqoe354 You sent me a broken Rae Dunn mug! Who puts a mug in a bubble mailer?!?! I want a full refund. I received two Posh pkgs, a box and a bubble mailer. I thought the box contained the mug. I have sent photos to Posh of the broken mug and the pkg it came in. This was supposed to be a gift so thank you.

dal2123279 @tqoe354 unfortunately nothing I can do on my end because you accepted the package , therefore it’s up to poshmark . I cannot refund anything unless poshmark takes funds from me which they won’t because again you accepted package . I’m sorry about that
