mommahamm Yes an open case- she said the doc martens aren't "black". They are. Not patent or smooth but that is clear in the pictures. They for sure are not grey and couldn't be described as any color but black. Plus she asked no questions before purchasing- and should have if it really made that big of a difference. It's people like that the ruins the site for everyone.
