ttas I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive your package. I was never notified by you of any issues with the delivery of your package. The first and only time you made any contact with me was by leaving a one star review saying you "didn't receive item sorry need a refund." I was sad to see you left a one star review when you made no contact with me telling me there was an issue. If there was an issue with delivery that has absolutely nothing to do with me as a seller.

ttas Your review on Monday mentioning there was an issue with delivery was over 24 hours after tracking showed it was delivered to your front door or porch on Saturday evening. You will need to notify the postal service that you did not receive your package since they are the last ones to have handled it. The package should be insured but this is not a situation where the seller themselves issues a refund since the seller has nothing to do with it.

ttas You would want to talk to the postal service. I'm very sorry you did not get your package. I had even included some freebies inside. I would be happy to provide you with your tracking number if you can't find it. I follow the tracking on all my Poshmark orders to make sure they are on track and there are no problems. Your package didn't have any issues throughout its shipping process.

ttas I also provided you with an update as to when you could expect your package to begin the shipping process. I have photos showing how I packed your order in case there were any issues. I don't know what else I personally could have done to "protect" your order to ensure it arrived safely. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like your tracking number.
