@dalsimone Oh darn :( I'm so sorry, they may have lost it. The label was for two days, it's been four I believe so something got messed up. I'd call or go to the post office and see what they can do, the tracking number is on your order page. I hope this helps!

@kbeauty825 just so you know, if i don't get it today or tomorrow i'm cancelling my order. i'm not about to file a claim because then they are going to have to go on to search for it and the progress is going to super long, but i'll let you know more information.

@dalsimone Okay. It's out of my control, the Post Office clearly messed up. All it takes is for you to go down there and talk to them about it. You said you would, then told me you'd just cancel instead (which you can't do). It was sent and tracked. It was packed very nicely with a bunch of free gifts, I appreciate you as a customer. I tried to help! So again I'm sorry, but you need to help yourself to get this resolved, I'm not the bad guy.

@kbeauty825 i could have canceled bc THIS app told me that i could but the 11th was the last day. i just know i wasted almost $13. i also never said that i was going to go down there to talk , i called them about it and they said they would search for it... then call back today. USPS is full of bullshit, their customer service is trash & they constantly damage/lose items. i was just keeping you updated like you asked & to also tell you that i won't by anything else but thank you.

@dalsimone You can't cancel an order once it is shipped. I can't control the Post Office, so you don't need to be rude to me is all I'm saying. I've done all I could to help. I understand that you feel it's a waste of money but Priority is insured and Poshmark insures your order as well, you can get a refund. I already contacted PM on your behalf just waiting on a response.
