Hi! I got your Birkenstock review, marking I could improve in description, cleanliness, packaging and ship time? I described them exactly, with clear photos. They had not been out of the box and were perfectly clean. I took great care when packing- putting tissue between the shoes so they did not rub together, and surrounding the original box in packing peanuts. You bought them 5 days ago and have already received them so they were shipped quickly.
