I joined to shop for my Mother. My personal brands are Billy Reid, Faherty, Barbour, Vineyard Vines, Brooks Brothers, True Grit, Southern Tide, Taylorbyrd, Lacoste, Bonobos, Scott Barber and Robert Talbot, Hudson, 7 for all mankind, Gucci, Ferragamo, Hermes and Citizens for Humanity. Now I want to sell half my closet :-) Update 6/23 - Just listed my first items. Any helpful advice will be happily taken. I have lots more to sell.

wlcat @soriag Thanks! Looking for my Mom. 70 has finally hit her and despite an expansive closet, she might need a little help until "diet and gym" actually happens. She used to be petite but is now pushing towards a medium (none of which she owns). How is the sizing with LulaRoe? She seems to prefer tops that are long in the back. I don't even know what to search for :-)

wlcat @soriag Guy wise, not a big selection in what I usually buy. I need to sell half my closet. All premium brands that I would unload dirt cheap just to get them out of here.

soriag @wlcat based on your description, your mom prefers High-Low tops (longer in the back) which are very popular these days on womens’ clothing. LULAROE depends on the item, some styles are true to-size, while others are oversized so “S” would fit a “M”. For example, the LULAROE floral top you liked would fit her. Glad to answer any other questions you may have

wlcat @soriag Cool. I bid on one and it was accepted. It's a small so if it fits I'll come back and get yours. Thanks for your help! Just out of curiosity, if I decide to sell some things in good to excellent condition is there a percentage of retail that you usually charge? I just "listed" myself with what I typically buy or would sell.

soriag @wlcat you will find that retail price of an item doesn’t really mean much in Poshmark. It is what people are willing to pay for it ( which they in most cases is way, way below retail, and Poshmark takes 20% of what a person pays as commission. You have to know the market value of the item to price it correctly. Hope hat makes sense

wlcat @soriag It does. Thank you. I guess I've liked a couple of your things now. Just looked at every "high low" top down to $15. Slim pickings when you rule out sleeveless, backless, long sleeves etc. I've had enough poshing for the day. Thanks again for all your help. Nice job with the auto message. You are the only person that has done that.
