justjericloset Hi this is Jeri and just received the coach bag - I said I keep the straps and would have to hunt for it .... I still have to hunt for it ... as I honestly have no idea where it is as this point ( remolding several rooms) but if/when I find it - I will certainly be happy to mail it to you at my cost.
