@theprelovedbag hi I just received my package and the bag is beautiful the inside has stains... and the arm straps are killed it’s not minor wear I’m not happy .. we have to come up with a fair agreement take off 200 for the straps or full refund I’ll send purse back the straps are heavy wear and tear and i don’t know what will it cost to replace them
