Hi there, i still don’t see a refund for the 1st transaction on this? My credit card has been charged twice now, and obviously I never received it the 1st time so as you stated I bought again, I’m not sure what I have to do on my end. Please advise, thank you

@adadiaz hi there yes I’ve written to them and explained what happened as well, I’m kinda waiting on them, I’m not sure what else to do, dispute the charge on my credit card? But yes I did receive the bag, it’s awesome but was afraid to accept pending the unresolved charge on my card still....was hoping I wasn’t gonna be forgotten about?
