bwieder I purchased the black dizzy flip flops from you last week. I love them, however the embellishments have now completely fallen off the shoes. I would like to receive a refund as I do not want to wear them without the embellishments. Thank you and let me know what steps I need to take in order to receive a refund. Thank you.

ddmachen @bwieder - I'm so sorry the flip flops aren't working for you. I can't imagine what's going on with them. You'll have to go through the returns procedure via Poshmark. I cannot give you a refund directly. They have complete control. I'll do whatever I can to help you figure this out. Again, my apologies for this unfortunate situation.
