adkisson4 BUYER BEWARE! Order not shipped after purchase!! Ordered a coffee cup but @retromonkey did not fulfilll/ship the order. I reached out as did PM, but she did not respond to us. PM was forced to cancel the order (although I lost money due to bank fee). She marked the item as “sold” so she definitely realized the order. I’m just a little confused by her complete lack of communication. Disappointed not to receive the item…still searching for one of these cups 😢

retromonkey @adkisson4 Hello. my greatest Apologies. I believe I stopped getting notifications when my phone updated last month. I recently realized when I log into my computer at work I have tons of messages and sales on several platforms. I'm currently working with my carrier troubleshooting the issue. (I'm now coming in the office daily to retrieve information and messages) until the issue is resolved.
