backporchdealz 💐Hi Dana. I'm Val. I've been selling on here for 4 years. That same person who purchased from you cancelled this morning and she purchased on the 13th which they shouldn't have allowed. People scam that way thinking the item was already sent which most of the time it has been. I never ship same day because they so have a 3-4 hr window to cancel. Also you are always covered by poshmark had your package already left the post office. Sorry that happened to you too. Have a blessed day

danaraescloset @valorieann 🦋Hi Val! I have never had this happen. Posh cancel'd due to "unverified payment." I thought a person's payment needed to be verified before the sale goes through? It's good to know that Posh would cover my loss if I had shipped, but still so frustrating!! I wasted all my cute packing supplies!😳 I thought same day shipping would be a positive asset, but this def makes me think 2x! Thanks for your help & support. Just wish the world could be a more honest & integrity driven place. 😔 💗

backporchdealz @danaraescloset amen to that. The sale should not have went through if her payment wasn't accepted. I sent a photo of her closet to have them watch because In all reality posh is the one who loses the money if the package has been sent. Mine was packaged too and I would have sent it today but my ink in my printer was out.🤣🤣

danaraescloset @davehunt1 👍🏼Hi Dave! Welcome to Poshmark! As you can see, I try to shoot all my own pics, with multiple views if possible. The more info you can provide, the better. I use a collage app to design my cover shots, trying to use a logo on each cover to highlight the brand. I tend to stick to brand name, high quality items in my closet. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have!
