Hi I apologize about the shipping on the Tory Burch bag. That is not my normal style. I did not have a bigger box nor did the post office that day. I wanted to get the bag out to you because my husband was having emergency back surgery. Again that would not happen normally and I feel horrible about the bad service.

Hi, Dana! I tried to do a bundle deal when I noticed that I had already made an offer to you on the Tory Burch dress. The system is blocking me from doing another bundle with you until the first bundle (the T B dress) expires. I think it expires in 5-6 hours.

Dana, I am sorry that our transaction will not work. These are clothes that I purchased new at Neiman Marcus...I never have worn the Tory Burch sundress and it still has the tags on it, and I only wore the Diane Von Furstenberg spaghetti strap top 3-4 times.
Both are in pristine condition. I always offer 15% off of bundles, but on this I offered
you 20% off of my list price, as well as free shipping. (Contd.)

I was disappointed, but not insulted. Every seller's circumstances are different, as are every buyer's circumstances.
