I have had ME/CFS for about a decade now (and am namely housebound and unable to work). Do you perhaps have ME/CFS? I pray not...wouldn't wish it on anyone! ...yet do have some resources for approaching Drs, if you you do have or suspect you have. Blessings!

dana_g89 @kindlyyours Oh, honey! I'm so sorry you have to suffer as well. I don't wish these chronic illnesses on my worst enemy. I have a number of illnesses. Psoriatic Arthritis, Spondyloarthritis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, PTSD, and other mental illnesses that we are just now figuring out. It's a daily struggle. I never know if I will be in bed all day or productive. By productive, I mean doing few daily things. Well...you understand. I am glad you connected with me.

kindlyyours @dana_g89 Oh, I do understand and empathize with you! I suffer almost everything on your list. Dana, you do have ME/CFS! Suspected you might just by the pic in your listing. Many fellow suffers (and the Center for Disease Control) are now calling chronic fatigue syndrome ME/CFS, because most Drs/family/friends would only hear chronic fatigue and assume we were just tired or having psychosomatic symptoms. Only one in three med schools even address CFS in their cirriculum! ...

I've learned FAR more there than with any Dr. (including the care I received at the Mayo Clinic for years)! You'll find a community of people who absolutely understand you and who are willing to help with questions/info in every way. ...

Dana, for me, I strongly suspect many of the mental health issues I suffer are a symptom of (generalized anxiety, sensory processing) and/or exacerbated (PTSD, depression) by the ME/CFS.
