I’m so confused! I sent the glasses in the mail the day after your purchase. I wrapped them nicely in cellophane tissue with a ribbon and wrote a hand written thank you note. The glasses were clean and you never contacted me, so there was no need to contact you. In my review you state i need to improve cleanliness, responsiveness, packaging and the timing of my shipping. Can you explain what more you were expecting? I think it’s unfair to leave that as a review when it doesn’t seem justified.
