gomeril Hi Dana, i’m sorry I’m just now contacting you; we had a death in my family & I’ve been gone. I got my shoes from the P.O. today & love them! Unfortunately, the left shoe is wider (the top strap is a 1/2” wider on the left shoe). They’re darling & I‘d love to keep them. I don’t know what it would cost to get them fixed, probably more than I paid but I’m willing to check it out, if you prefer that. Otherwise I need to arrange a return. Sorry I can’t advise how. 😐 I’m not sure the process as I’ve never had a return before. Or returned anything thru Posh. But I know there is a way. Look for directions in the app. Again. I’m Sorry for your families’ loss.

molala24 Hi! I ordered a Talbots top from you, and I just wanted to let you know that I reported a problem with delivery. It shows as “delivered,” but it’s not here yet. We checked twice last night (it said it was out by our front door at 6:03pm) and have checked again today. No neighbor has it, so it’ll probably turn up soon. I just wanted to let you know that I’m not avoiding accepting it, but I just don’t have it yet. I’m sorry for the inconvenience!

dana_tilley @angem42 hi. Thanks for asking. Yes my home is. Smoke free & I do not use scented laundry stuff. I pulled all these items to give them a sniff test since i sometimes buy from consignment shops & There is no detectable smell to me. Side Note my family says i have a sensitive nose.
