queensadie88 @danaseed lol! It was the way she was holding it when she took the pic! It’s definitely not scrunched it’s been in the box I haven’t even hung the charm on it because I didn’t want to scratch the hardware the charm is in it’s own bag. I promise it’s just like I received it😊😊Windy
