hauteharvest Hi! Just following up on the comment you left on the Burberry coat. Just to clear up any confusion, we accepted a return on the item from a previous buyer because we had mistakenly listed it as men’s, not women’s. I personally packaged and hand-delivered your item to the post office earlier this week. Could you provide some more details on what you received, so we can have the USPS look into it?

drcriswell1 @hauteharvest I only received a packing label. It was printed out and filed and was in my mail box. No tape on it, no bag, no box. Just a plain packaging lab.
