hsposhcloset I was so very sorry to hear that the Burberry jacket zipper had a problem. I had no idea and would never have sold it. danacilluffo @hsposhcloset Thank you for reaching out. When I click the "problems" it won't let me return the item. Only open an inquiry from poshmark (which I did) and they informed me I couldn't return it because I'd accepted the delivery. If you have another way to return it for a refund, I'm open. Thank you.

hsposhcloset @danacilluffo next time if you receive something and there is a problem don’t hit accept. You have to click there is a problem at that time. Once you hit accept it can not be returned. Hopefully the zipper can be fixed? I will gladly give you a big discount on any other item in my closet to compensate. Again I apologize this happened.

danacilluffo There was a glitch with the app - I didn't accept the purchase but it somehow wouldn't let me report it. I've been in talks with poshmark people about it but to no avail. I wish it was didn't. This has never happened to me before and is sadly going to keep me from buying on this app more in the future. Thank you for reaching out, though. I appreciate that.
