@skrunchbucket1 Hi! Thanks for reaching out, I’m really sorry this has been happening to you. I’ve never been asked to send additional photos to a private email address, but you can let those buyers know that outside contact is prohibited by Poshmark. Is the buyer that you shipped an item to slow in accepting? Or have they specifically stated there’s something wrong with the item? If buyers don’t accept the order within 3 days, Poshmark accepts for them and releases the money from the sale.

@skrunchbucket1 of course!! That’s very strange, I haven’t had a seller cancel an order on me before. That stinks! My guess is that they decided it wasn’t enough money, and cancelled the order for that reason. Although they have to select reasons like: “item no longer available” or “damaged”, etc. Just an unfortunate encounter with that buyer.

@skrunchbucket1 I do think it’s hard to claim something is damaged! Tons of pictures are key. I’ve been selling for about 4 years now, and haven’t had any issues. A lot of times if I have someone like an item, I’ll start a bundle for them so we can each comment and have a conversation. Helps verify that the person is real, and interested (:

@skrunchbucket1 yes! You can report a user by going to their closet, clicking the three dots (…) in the top right hand corner, and that will bring up an option menu and report seller is towards the bottom!

@agshopper2020 Hi! Most of the time listings labeled as not for sale, are items that a seller has listed but maybe they did something else with them. Example, I had a few things listed that I donated, so instead of deleting my listings, I changed the listing to “not for sale”.
Sometimes listings will be labeled as not for sale if the seller has placed a vacation hold on their closet! Hope this helps, and let me know if you have any other questions 😊
