Hi! I'm Dana. My little boy was born April 3, 2018. I use Posh as a part-time business so I can stay home with my little guy as much as possible 😊 The community here is incredible, I thank you so much for the support and love you give me on a daily basis! Click on the icon on the bottom right hand corner of your screen, from there you can click “My Purchases.” You should see a picture of what you bought, and on the opposite side of the screen there should be an arrow or 5 white stars. Click on either on of those. This way you can rate your purchase and leave a review! If you’ve already rated your purchase, you can click “Edit Rating” and leave a review from there 😊

saltev I want a refund for the boots that I bought from you. One of them is completely broken. Put them on today and wore them for about an hour before noticing that the sole is falling off of the left shoe.

You may still have a way to open a case this long after the fact but I’m not sure how. Your best course of action is to email Poshmark Support. I cannot refund you if I wanted to, there simply isn’t an option in the app to “refund” after the order has been accepted. I really recommend you reach out to Poshmark Support if you’d like this resolved
