I sent you 2 messages that morning explaining it was an accidental purchase and to please cancel. You completed and rudely ignored my request and shipped it 1 day later (indicating you had 1-2 days to consider my request but chose to blatantly ignore me). It is YOUR actions that are unacceptable and unwarranted. TRUTH.
