iluvstuds Hello, I tried to contact you Sat. that I had mistakenly shipped you the wrong Indian necklace and I would ship your necklace next shipping day, which happens to be Today, Monday. I never got to discuss my embarrassing stupid mistake w/u and I see you already filed a claim and reported me to postmark. I only shipped your package the day before yesterday, I try to treat my customers like how I would want to be treated back, I apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused you. Honest mistake

happywearables @iluvstuds I completely understand, mistakes happen...not a problem on my end. I tried contacting you and because I'm fairly new, wasn't sure how to proceed. So when I saw the "report an issue" that's what I did. I'm sure Poshmark will know exactly what to do next...no worries.

iluvstuds yes you would think so but the only time i had a mark against me i did it to myself by just asking advice about a buyer and what to do they filed a claim for me and i got dinged made me lose my sale because after a claim is filed customer has to wait fo posh to send a paid package to you then you send it w/item to me then I send the original item to you which takes time. You didn't know like I didn't so don't feel bad but I cant print your address cause posh has "case open" stamped across it.

iluvstuds maybe if you can close the case i can print your label and ship your necklace with the morning mail. And for the trouble you can keep the other Indian necklace, My Mom would want you too. The jewelry im selling was my Moms I'm finially being able to part w/some. BTW My Mom was angle like, kind & loved by many so all good vibes on the necklace, smiles

iluvstuds @happywearables hi Dana , I haven’t heard anything back from posh so I assume they didn’t charge you for the transaction. If you still want the necklace I’ve saved it throughout this ordeal lol not funny but staying positive is the best way to get you your necklace. So I can realist it tell you when I do and then you can buy it like before and I ship it to you straight after. What do you think? I want to make sure you are not charged twice. Ok let me know if you like the plan
