jenlancaster I'm so sorry--I never saw your comment about holding the item and I truly apologize for your not having having a five-star experience. I have over 1,500 five-star reviews, so even though this is your experience, this is not the norm. My concern is always for the customer and I absolutely would have held your item had I seen the notification, along with the other items buyers asked me to hold during the holiday week. Please let me know if you'd like me to buy back the item.

richadan @jenlancaster Hi Jen, it's ok, these things happen. I apologize for the ugly review, but I really did love the item. Instead of returning it, I decided to leave it at my parents' where they have a beautiful thrift store w/ a great mission. It is a very upscale outlet that employs at risk youth so that they are removed from bad situations & learn to support themselves. Hopefully this blouse will get a 3rd life w/ a young debutante @ her first office job. All the best & HNY.
