dana81allen @kimmiss yw it is a beautiful bag. I'm new to posh mark and I was wondering why this bag didn't populate with the other michael kors stuff when I searched for mk purses? I didn't see it until I went through your closet. why is that?

kimmiss @dana81allen Hi Dana, Honestly not sure why that happens. I did just question PM team about that issue. As soon as they get back to me with the answer I’ll let you know. I have a lot of theories but don’t know if any of them are correct, lol so I figured it best to get the correct answer for you. They usually get back to you within 24 hours, so hopefully I will have the correct reason this happens. Thank you 😊

kimmiss Hi Dana, I just heard back from Poshmark support team, their answer to me was that even though I can’t see a specific item when I’m searching for it other poshers can. They also said sometimes there are so many listings for that same exact item, it’s hard to actually come across that one specific listing you’re looking for. If you are uncomfortable with their reply you can always reach out to Poshmarks Support Team for more clarity. Hope this helps 🥰
