Hi. I live in Texas and due to the weather apologize for the delayed shipping for your order. I’ve had a package pick up scheduled for 2 days. The post office has failed to pick up your package or any of my other packages. I even tried to drive on the sheets of ice to the post office, but it was closed. I tried my best. I will schedule another pick up ASAP. I don’t know when the post office will open. I will reach out to you with any additional updates . I appreciate your understanding.

I just talked to the post office. They don’t have anybody on the roads or any trucks available to deliver packages. Everything is pretty shut down due to weather. I apologize for any inconvenience. Texas weather should get above freezing Friday. I’ll attempt get your packages to the post office by Saturday. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
