tinkertoy73 Hello. Your package was held at your P.O. at your request and they held it, but you never picked it up. It was marked "REFUSED". It was returned to me today w/ postage due. Are you aware of the notices they sent to you?

danakraus878 @tinkertoy73 It was never held due to my request it was held due to postage due which I paid I contacted poshmark and they told me to return the package to you and you were to contact them and they would issue a new label for you to be able to mail the package back out. According to my purchase I had already paid for shipping. So there should have been no postage due of $10.80 please contact support team as soon as possible Thankyou

tinkertoy73 @danakraus878 I was wondering what happened. My P.O. told me there shouldn't have been any postage due because you had paid for it and the weight is well under 5 lbs. The P.O. tracking info in your area had, "held at customers request." Then returned to me as if you refused it. I will request a shipping label. Thank you for getting back to me. As soon as I receive new shipping label, I'll repackage it and ship out quickly.

tinkertoy73 FYI: I had to look up the tracking number info because for some odd reason I'm not getting tracking updates through Posh. Looks like the package will arrive Thursday by 9p.m.
