ybdevine I tried to respond to you on our conversation, but I got a Posh message stating, "You've reached the max number of comments that can be submitted." So here is what I tried to send to you.... "Okay, I'll reject the $12 credit offer. I had not accepted it. It was apparently pending my response I guess?? So I'm hoping once I reject it, it will allow you to submit the partial refund. Sorry to be a pain."
