Hello, I am very sorry you had issues with your items smelling like, “bounce sheets.” I also do not know about the stain you are referring to, I would NEVER have sold something knowingly with a stain. NEVER. As for packing both items in the same box, I thought I was doing a favor. I am new to PM and did not realize I should utilize each mailing label. I will GLADLY refund your money for the dresses and shipping if you like. Thanks! Have a fabulous day!

@doughtyh thank you for your note. I’m not sure if you used Febreeze, but both garments had to be washed 3 times.
The stain looked like makeup? I was able to get it out in 2 washes.
As for shipping, putting both in one package is fine, but then refund shipping costs for the 2nd. You do not need to refund my purchases, but thank you for offering.
I understand that it can be confusing especially if you are new to Poshmark. Thank you for taking the time to send me a message.

Loved my Bogner Jacket!!!!! Thank you for getting it to me so quickly and wrapped so beautifully. I went to give you a five star rating but I have two accounts apparently and I have no idea how to get into the one I bought it through. The nicest part of your note was that the coat was from Aspen (originally purchased) and I bought it to wear it on a ski trip to Colorado next February in Telluride so its from Colorado and going to Colorado again.
