Hi. I’m sorry. I wanted to make sure hat the record player you have made offers in wasn’t too heavy. Because we have a 10lb limit for shipping here. K just checked and it’s all good. But I didn’t mean to ignore you.

@lunagene the reason that volume was so low simple fix it was just a needle a lot of the times that's what it is if you can hear the music very faintly it's a needle change. Everything works perfect now thank you so much. My son loves it.
