shesaidstyle Hi Danielle, The item I sent was not used. You had it for more then 3 days and did not accept it. By doing so you are telling Poshmark it was as described. If you look at the pump you will see it has never been used or you would see product. It is new.

modamixx @shesaidstyle Hi She Said Style. I was away for the Thanksgiving holiday. Hence why I never accepted the package b/c I was not here to pick it up. Once received there were signs of usage...residue both on and around the dispenser. If I could tag photos I would which were sent to Poshmark requesting the return. Hope you had a great holiday🦃

lucylab1030 Hi! I was just packing your recent purchase- the Tokidoki hanging bag, and I noticed some extra wear and tear to the outside. I don’t want to ship this without you knowing exactly what you purchased!!! I didn’t inspect this nearly enough! The inside is still in good condition. Most of the wear is to the leather piping on the outside as well as one corner of the bag!

alicekleiner Hello and Happy Friday I just wanted to touch base on your order. I shipped it from my local post office on Tuesday with 3 other packages. However your pkg is the only one that is not tracking. I contacted posh support yesterday to notify them =) I've noticed much slower delivery times since Dec I just hope your order finds its way to you soon =)

alicekleiner @flygirlz Happy Monday thankfully your package has been found and is now tracking scanned at SAN FRANCISCO CA NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER destination facility on January 24, 2021 at 10:13 pm. For some reason it did not scan properly when I took to our postoffice here in Florida =) I'm so glad it's finally been located! This is a first for me. Thanks again for your order and Happy Poshing
