danesha_hunter @kkjmommy95 the email they sent me basically said they investigate the claim after you provide pictures, and then they approve it so you can return it, and you get a refund. And if you're still interested in the bag then I'll resale it to you with a discount for the inconvenience. I'm so sorry again. The email didn't say how long posh takes to investigate though. But I have to wait on the other buyer to return the purse so I'll keep you updated if you're interested
