shiann1953 I just wanted to tell you that I ordered the Coach purse and I got a skinny pair of jeans that I didn’t order. I don’t know what to do . They are saying the delivered my order to please accept. I can’t accept because I didn’t get the right thing.

dmzentz @shiann1953 I’m so sorry! I’m still new at selling on here. I shipped multiple items at once and the shipping labels must have gotten mixed up at the post office. I just contacted customer support and I should be hearing back. I believe on your end you can report that you received the wrong item instead of accepting the order. Again, I apologize and we’ll get it worked out!

dmzentz @shiann1953 Yes, I did contact support. It says to give up to 48 hours for a response. However, I think you can report that you received the wrong item too to speed up the process! :)

shiann1953 This is Coleen, the one that was suppose to get the Coach purse. Have you heard anything yet? If you get it back , just cancel the order if you don’t care. I am not canceling because of this. I am running low on funds. Thank you. Maybe you could tell Poshmark to send a label for me to mail the jeans back to you.

dmzentz @shiann1953 Hi there, I did get a response and they said that they have reached out to you about opening a formal return request. If you do that, I believe they’ll send you a shipping label to send back the jeans. No worries, I’ll cancel the order after I get the jeans back and it’s all settled. :) Thanks!

dmzentz @shiann1953 If you go to the order and select “Order problem/inquiry” you can contact Poshmark support and send a message! Copy the order number into the message too. I did hear from the person who got it and they are returning it to me, Poshmark sent them a shipping label!
