djonesy1 @donaldmac Hello, please see below poshmark policy: To cancel an accidental purchase, please see the following steps: Step 1: Click on your Account Tab Step 2: Select My Purchases Step 3: Select Problems/Order Inquiry Step 4: Select Accidental Purchase. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In addition, orders placed with the offer feature are final sale and cannot be cancelled as an accidental purchase.

donaldmac @djonesy1 cannot cancel purchases that are made with the make an offer feature. They can only be cancelled by the seller. Offer was accidental
