I just want to mention after reading these comments that I block people who place bids and then ignore me after. You prevent others from seeing the item and being able to actually purchase by doing this to sellers. Accidents happen, but it appears this is being done intentionally. The only time my card declines is if I'm broke. I'm pretty sure that is how ALL banks and credit cards work. Perhaps you like shopping a little too much, eh?
