instaboutique happened before, and usually what happens is they end up updating within a day or two. Im sorry for the delay, rest assured you are protected in the event the pkg was lost ( which has only happened 2x in almost 200 of my sales). I will keep u posted with any updates as well👍

instaboutique Hi Daniel, I just wanted to update you. I have opened a support ticket with poshmark/post office because your item has not begun tracking yet. I sincerely apologize for this delay. Please rest assured that after 10 days of the item not tracking your money will be refund even if the pkg eventually shows. This is so upsetting, i truly hope it is merely a delay, and your pkg will arrive soon. Please accept my apologies🙏

They have replied to me, and informed me the pkgs are either delayed or misplaced by USPS. Because you are protected in the event of a post office issue, your money should be refunded on the 16th. instaboutique @deejaydc315 they do after you're refunded, you may keep the shoes as well. I apologize for the inconvenience. Yours and 2 other pkgs i dropped the same day all had the same issue. I will be sending them another support request to figure out why they would respond to my inquiry, and then tell you they can't get in touch with me...that is just absurd! I'll update u with any addt'l info as soon as I have it. I'm doing my best to get this straightened out asap, and get you your pkg and $ refunded. Again I apologize for this experience, it is not at all how I want my customers handled, and will find a solution as quickly as possible.

instaboutique @deejaydc315 Hi there! Yes, today was the deadline that they asked me to contact them if the pkg had not tracked or been delivered, so they could process the refund. I sent the email they asked for around 9am (pacific time) today, and I am just waiting for their response. As soon as they reply I'll let you know. 👍
