daniel_gcruz @yuhhuh999 Hey, yes I checked up today with the post office and they said that it has been confirmed as dropped off, however have not been scanned in yet, they said it should update within the next 1-2 days. I apologize for the inconvenience!

daniel_gcruz @yuhhuh999 I’ll go and check the post office Friday morning if nothing has updated, this is the first time I’ve had something like this happen so I’m a little concerned as well.

yuhhuh999 I don't know what is happening. Definitely check up on it at the post office. Ask them why it hasn't shipped yet. It has been a week.

daniel_gcruz @yuhhuh999 I have stayed in contact with Poshmark customer support and have been informing them of the situation, they told me that if nothing changes by tomorrow, to reach out to their support team again.

yuhhuh999 Is there anyway you could send a picture of you dropping off the package. Like the usps received the package? I think usps gives you a reciept or something. Could you ask them what is going on?

daniel_gcruz @yuhhuh999 I don’t have a receipt, usps does however have a confirmation in the system as being dropped off last Thursday afternoon, I used the same label that was provided to me through Poshmark as well.

daniel_gcruz @yuhhuh999 I totally understand I also want to make sure they get to you as well and ASAP. I think the post office is delayed as I have some stuff ordered from 2 weeks and it’s in the same “usps awaiting item” prompt which is what I see on my end of the tracking number too.

daniel_gcruz @yuhhuh999 hey, so I went to check up with the post office and I decided to file a missing package claim, hopefully they’ll be able to track or update it since you and I both don’t know where it is at the moment. I’m so sorry this happened. I’ll let you know ASAP if I get a notification from usps
