hayley2817 Hi! I saw you wanted to make an offer on my hat! So since I lowered the price to 10 today, posh is doing a discounted shipping deal. However, you only get the discount if the item is over 10 I think. So I believe it is better for both of us if you do the 10 and the 4.99 shipping!
