qr1316 @yella726 yes we printed the shipping label directly from the email and sent it next day. I gave no idea...so sorry this is happening. My husband is looking it to what could have happened.

qr1316 It was mailed next day with Poshmark prepaid label and was directly handed to the clerk in our local post office. My husband cannot get any information online so will be going into the post office tomorrow. We are very confused and upset as to what the post office could have done with the package? Hoping to get some answers. We are so sorry for the inconvenience to you.

qr1316 Hello. So my husband just went and informed me of the response at the post office. Apparently they have lost the package! We are so upset! My husband is filing a complaint and they will be looking into it. Since they apparently never scanned it this is a mess! We sincerely apologize to you and if it’s found we will ship it to you for free. Again...so so very sorry. I don’t have another sandal like it in that size or I’d send that.

I mean, thankfully it was just toddler shoes (could have been much pricier), but it’s still such a strange situation. If it show up here, by chance, I will absolutely let you know and gladly still pay! I suppose the next step would be to “cancel” my order officially?
