carina_3707 Hi dear, when I sent the jewelry it was 100% ok, if any of the crystal was broken I would never sell that to you, I think it’s broken during shipping, I packed them well because of the crystals in it, I am so sorry if you got necklace with broken crystals, I don’t know you will believe me or not but when I packed I checked each and everything because I always send 100% item according to my description, I am sure it’s broken during shipment.
