bunchofstyle Hi thank you for your order I am sorry you did not like the item but I sent the item as fast as possible it was nwt and I don't know that hair would be all over the item unless a customer in the store had tried the item. It is not my fault if the item is itches because I did not make the item can you reconsider I think one star is very harsh considering I shipped as fast as I could the item was nwt
