helenflatmo Hi, I don’t know if you got my message yesterday. I ordered something recently, a ceramic basket and it broke upon arrival. The seller put paper scraps around it. It was not enough to protect the decoration. Can you please put bubble wrap and other materials to make sure it will not break during shipment?
