katierose1986 @daniellehenning this is so random but I am curious! I'm kind of a city girl and know nothing of this "show cattle" stuff, it looks so popular! Is this something that's done all year round?

daniellehenning @katierose1986 it is done all year long! :) we travel all over the country to do it! Actually, we are currently at a show and have been since Monday which is why I haven't been able to check and make sure I got my package so I can "accept" it! Heading home tomorrow! So excited to see the dojos!

daniellehenning @katierose1986 Within the last 2 or so years I've seen them become SUPER popular! Everyone wants/wears dojos or some sort of 7's! They have the long inseam and usually a wide boot cut or flare for our boots which we all love! I'm sure a lot of your customers are show cattle people!

katierose1986 @daniellehenning seriously like 80% of my customers do show cattle but I don't think any of the others are queens ahahaha 🏆🏅👑 so forgive me for this question, so you raise them? Keep them all pretty? Get attached? Then what?

daniellehenning @katierose1986 yes we raise them, make them beautiful, show them off, and then if they are females, they go to the pasture to have babies for us to continue to raise them and if they are males, we either sell them as Bulls so they can breed other cows or we castrate them and make them steers which we then use to sell/eat and make the beef you eat! :) no worries I love talking about my cows! Super excited to be representing as the Queen!

daniellehenning @katierose1986 don't get me wrong, it's hard to sell them and stuff after spending a year and a half of being with them for endless hours every day! But, it is a very fun and rewarding business to be in!

daniellehenning @katierose1986 I think my current pair are Anderson bean? But I've had Ariat, Tony lama, Macie bean, ferrini are beautiful boots too! Gosh the list goes on and on! I love boots! Square toe :) corral are "pretty boots" for wearing with dresses or such to us!
