regan_dowling @ginger_kookie what do you mean spots? The dress had nothing on it and I got it dry cleaned after I wore it once.

wpindustries @regan_dowling they are like white spots and smears/streaks. It's really strange. One of the smears/streaks was about 4 inches long. They're mainly towards the waist on the skirt part. There was also a black smudge on the back of the dress that looks like makeup, but it didn't come off when we tried.

regan_dowling @ginger_kookie did you try it on? If you did that could be your deodorant rubbing off? It was seriously in perfect condition when I sent it, exactly like the picture. I'm not sure what could've happened between my house and yours.

wpindustries @regan_dowling Yes, I tried it on; however, the spots are on the outer layer- the chiffon near the center of the front and back, not the layer underneath. My mom thinks the color is more of a beige color rather than white. But I see them as white. I don't know what could've happened but I pulled it out of the box and it was really the first thing I noticed.
