alfashion125 Hi @danielle1189 I'm trying to understand what happened to the Zac Posen bag since it's brand new in wrapping and with tags and dust bag. If u simply don't like it then return it, but unless the post office destroyed it there's nothing wrong with it so I don't understand the need to open a case

danielle1189 @alfashion125 hi there, the box was almost completely opened. I think it was a reused box and perhaps not as strong. The bag is dented and I wasn't sure what to do. If easier to take this offline, totally fine with me. Sorry I was sure of protocol!

alfashion125 @danielle1189 Danielle thank you for replying and I'm sorry you encountered that. That has to be the post office's fault. I don't mind taking it back but the issue is if it's dented it's a problem for me caused by the post office. Don't know what I'm supposed to do in that case. Is it so dented that it won't go away? Do you like the bag? The box was sealed with shipping tape but who knows what goes on when postal workers throw things around

alfashion125 @danielle1189 I guess i just don't want a bad review or issue when I've never had any especially because this seems to have been caused during shipping. Perhaps once u put it to use it goes away? If i take the item back then i will have an issue to resell due to the problem with USPS.

alfashion125 @danielle1189 hi inroder to avoid the hassle of reselling can you consider the fact that it's currently on sale for $224 and u got it for half of that with tags and new. Can you consider the fact it was shipping people who were not cautions with the box. Trust me I've had leather bags in closet get dented and they gotten better with time
