dsarene Hi again. So I heard back from Poshmark. They’re saying since you “altered” the item (oxyclean) it doesn’t qualify for a return. I wrote them back and in very clear terms said I wanted you to be refunded. If I don’t hear back after that, let’s say by Tuesday, I’ll check back in. If that was e b a y I could refund you, but over here you can’t.

daniellemj23 Wow, honestly I didn't think it would be a problem. Who receives an item that looks just as described but just doesn't smell good and just automatically returns it? That's insane. Of course I just washed it thinking it was no big deal! Anyway, thanks for following up. I will too.
