@kmarie4203 hey yes I shipped last week. I see it says the same thing so I'll go tomorrow and see what's going on. I'm so sorry. I've never had this issue before. Hopefully it didn't rip or something it was packed full.

I took all the extra stuff out and taped twice. Luckily she remembered me and held it. I'm sorry I waited so long to go back though, I should've realized something was wrong. I hope you enjoy your sweater, a quick wash to get the post office smell might help it was by the back door.
