nykk Hi Danielle ,i just mailed her this am. Just get some leather conditioner off Amazon and she'll shine beautifully again (I was out of it and didn't want to delay shipping ) I cleaned her inside and out and with a good conditioner (leather is like our skin) she'll shine awesome again, just like the inside does. This leather was always more distressed on outside but from storage it needs conditioning. It's beautiful without flaws tho. Hope you enjoy it 💜😻
